Shipping and any costs

Orders placed with us are delivered by Bpost/PostNL.

Costs for incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection

We do everything we can to deliver the package to the specified address. If the address is incorrect, the package is refused, or not collected from a collection point, a fee of €6.95 will be charged.

Delivery

We will ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 11:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. We have a delivery period of 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and promotional days).

BPost/PostNL may not adhere to the expected delivery time or may experience extra pressure during holidays. As long as you don't receive an email from us, the delay isn't our fault.
