We do everything we can to ensure you don't have to return your products. Please note the following points when ordering:

Ask for advice

All additional information about the product can be found in the product description. If, despite all the above resources, you still need to return an item, it's no problem. We're happy to help. Below, you'll find our policy and a step-by-step guide that clearly explains how to return items.

Instructions

You can cancel your order within 14 days and register for a return. After registering, you have 14 days to return your order at your own expense. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Complete the returns form in full. You will find this form in your digital order confirmation. You are responsible for the return costs. We recommend returning the package to us by registered mail, as this will insure you. The risk of returning the package always lies with you or the company you used to send it (if registered).

We will refund the order amount, including shipping costs, within 14 days of your notification.

For exchanges, the shipping costs for the new product will be charged to your account.

Received the wrong product

We're sorry, something went wrong during packaging. Always check your order first, because once a product has been used, it cannot be returned. Please contact us at info@lilaris.com; we're happy to help!

Received a damaged or defective product

It's possible that your package arrives damaged or defective, despite our careful packaging. If you see that the package is damaged when the mail carrier delivers it, please do not accept it.

Tip: Always take a photo of the package as proof!

Contact us at info@lilaris.com. Please state in your email what happened, including the delivery date, and send us the photos. You will receive instructions after you email us.

We will not process returns without a return form.

If you receive a defective product, we advise against attempting to repair it yourself. We cannot accept returns for opened products. Opening or modifying the product may cause it to stop working completely. We can, however, provide online advice, and we are responsible for the product.

We will always ask for a photo or video of the product. This allows us to determine whether it is actually broken or whether it has been misused. If we determine that the product is defective, it can be returned. Upon receipt, we will investigate the defect and determine whether the product was damaged intentionally.

It's possible you might drop the product; fortunately, most products can withstand a few knocks, but not all. Pumps and glass are very sensitive products. We are not responsible for drops and knocks and unfortunately, we cannot help you. So please take good care of your products and store them properly and safely after use.
